How to submit a report to the Therappy team, track its status, and communicate with support directly in the panel.

Open new report

In the specialist panel, click Reports in the side menu, then New report. Enter subject (up to 200 characters) and detailed description of the problem or question. The more details you provide, the faster you'll receive help.

Track report status

In the Reports tab, you'll see all your reports with current status: Open, In progress, Waiting for response, Resolved, or Closed. Click a report to see the entire correspondence.

Respond in thread

Open the report and write a response in the text field at the bottom — it works like email with history. You can clarify the problem or answer support team questions.

Response time and closure

Support team usually responds within 24 business hours. After solving the problem, the report changes status to Resolved. You can reopen it by responding in the thread if the problem returns.

Wskazówka

Attach booking number or description of steps leading to the problem to the report — this significantly speeds up diagnosis.
