Google Calendar connection

In settings (Calendar section), select 'Connect with Google Calendar'. You'll be redirected to Google for authorization. After connecting, bookings from Therappy will be automatically added to your calendar, and busy slots in Google will be blocked in Therappy — bidirectional sync.

iCal feed (sharing)

You can enable a public or private iCal feed with your availability. The feed link allows clients or other applications (e.g., Apple Calendar, Outlook) to subscribe to your schedule. Changes in Therappy refresh in subscribers.

Import .ics files

Import events from an .ics file (export from another calendar or system). The system will detect busy times and block corresponding slots in your availability to prevent double bookings.

Time zone

Set your time zone in calendar settings. All slots and bookings are displayed in this time zone. Clients in other time zones see times converted to their local time.

Conflicts and refreshing

If you add an event in Google Calendar during working hours, Therappy (after sync) will treat that slot as busy. Refresh the connection regularly to avoid discrepancies. If you have problems, check permissions in Google and reconnect.

Wskazówka

Start with Google Calendar — bidirectional sync saves time and prevents double bookings.
