Setting up a clinic, organization panel, inviting specialists, public page, and roles — how the organization model works in Therappy.

Organization registration
Register a clinic through the organization registration page. Provide name, contact details, and address. Organization account is separate from independent specialist account.
Organization panel
After logging in as owner or admin, you see the clinic panel: analytics, bookings, calendar, clients, leads, staff, messages, and settings. All in one place.
Inviting specialists (token)
Generate a link with invitation token. The specialist enters the 'Join organization' link and connects their account with the clinic. You can manage staff list in the Team/Staff section.
Public clinic page
The clinic has a public page (e.g., /clinic/[slug]). Clients see name, address, list of specialists and services. You can edit description and photos in organization settings.
Staff roles and permissions
Assign roles: owner, administrator, employee. Specify who can manage bookings, services, calendar, and settings. Roles determine which sections are visible in the panel.
Linking specialist to organization
A specialist can be linked to one clinic (organization_id field). Their services and bookings may be visible in the organization panel. One specialist — one clinic context.
Wskazówka
Use token invitations instead of manually adding emails — it's safer and tracked in the system.
