Loyalty program

Specify how many points a client receives for each złoty spent (e.g., 1 PLN = 1 point). You can set bonus points for first visit, leaving a review, or booking during less popular hours.

Define loyalty levels (e.g., Bronze, Silver, Gold). Each level can give a fixed discount or access to premium services. Clients automatically advance after collecting required number of points or visits.

Clients can pay with points for visits or add-ons. In the panel, you set the 'exchange rate' (e.g., 100 points = 10 PLN). The system automatically converts points to discount at booking.

Payment with points is treated as a discount given by the specialist. Platform doesn't charge commission on the portion paid with points. Your actual earnings from a visit are the standard paid amount minus commission on that portion.
