What each permission level controls

Permissions determine access to: bookings (view, confirm, cancel), services (edit pricing and services), calendar (availability, exceptions). Owner has full access; you can grant only selected ranges, e.g., calendar only without service editing.

How employees see the panel after joining

After accepting the invitation, the team member logs in and sees the same panel (or organization panel), but with restrictions — only sections they have permissions for. They don't see account settings or team invitations unless they have an administrator role.

Wskazówka

Start with limited permissions — you can always expand them later.
