Profile and privacy

Change your photo, name, and phone. Set your profile visibility in search, show or hide email, phone, and online status. Change your password in the security section.

Social media links and quick replies

Add links to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and your website. Create quick replies (e.g., greetings, confirmations) to speed up communication with clients.

Calendar integrations

Connect Google Calendar — sync bookings bidirectionally. Enable iCal feed to share your schedule. Import .ics files and detect calendar conflicts.

Group bookings and forms

Enable group bookings with participant limits, lead time hours, and discounts. For psychologists: require an intake form before the first visit with a configurable deadline.

Notifications and data

Configure email notifications (bookings, cancellations, messages, reviews, weekly summary) and push notifications. Export your data (GDPR) or permanently delete your account — all in one place.

Online status and intake form

The 'Online status' toggle shows clients whether you're currently available — you can hide it in privacy settings. Intake form configuration: enable the requirement, set the number of days before the visit, and any questions.

GDPR export and account deletion

Data export (GDPR) generates a file with your data — profile, bookings, messages — for download. The permanent account deletion option removes your account and associated data according to platform policy. Both actions are in the 'Data and privacy' section.
