Registration as a clinic employee, completing data, waiting for verification, and accessing the panel after approval.

Role selection during registration

In the registration form, select 'Employee' instead of 'Independent specialist'. The employee path is for people employed in a clinic or practice.

Employee onboarding form

Fill in preferred cities, specializations, and availability notes. Data is verified by the employer or administrator — you don't create your own practice profile.

Waiting for verification screen

After registration, you'll see a 'Waiting for verification' screen. The account is active only after approval. An email notification will confirm access grant.

Panel access after approval

After approval, you log in to the employee panel. You may be redirected to the organization panel (clinic) instead of the independent panel — depending on configuration.

What if verification is delayed or rejected?

If you don't receive confirmation within 24-48 hours, contact your employer or administrator — they approve the account. If the account is rejected, you'll receive an email. In that case, contact your employer directly or write to platform support. You can also ask them to resend the invitation.

Wskazówka

Make sure your employer has your correct contact details — they initiate the verification.
