Browse and filter
The waitlist shows clients who want to book an appointment but couldn't find an available slot. Filter by status (pending, notified, booked, expired, cancelled) and date range.
Notify about available slot
When a slot becomes available, click 'Notify' next to the selected client. They'll receive an email and push notification with a direct link to book. You can also notify all waiting clients with one button.
Automatic notifications
When a client cancels an appointment, the system automatically searches for matching people on the waitlist and sends them a notification about the freed slot.
Export to CSV
Download the waitlist as a CSV file with contact details, service, preferred dates, and status. The export respects current filters.
