Conversation threads
Each booking has its own thread. All questions and arrangements in one place. You'll see the contact's online status and typing indicator.
Quick replies and actions
Use intelligent suggestions — the system suggests responses based on the last message. For bookings, you have 'Confirm', 'Reschedule', 'Payment' buttons.
Photos and attachments
Send photos directly in the conversation (5 MB limit). Clients can do the same.
Notifications and muting
Receive notifications about new messages in the panel and by email. You can mute individual conversations to stop receiving notifications.
Conversation management
Clear conversation history, block or report a user. Respond from the panel — the client gets an email, and you don't have to share your private address.
Quick booking actions in chat
In a thread linked to a booking, you have action buttons: 'Confirm', 'Reschedule', 'Payment'. With one click, you confirm or cancel a visit or send a payment message. The client receives a notification immediately — without leaving the chat.

Respond within a few hours — this builds trust. Configure your own quick replies in settings to speed up communication.
