Panel homepage
After logging in as the owner or administrator of a clinic, you land on the organization panel homepage. You'll see cards with metrics (bookings this month, pending, new clients, leads) and quick tiles leading to key sections. Tile availability depends on your permissions.
Organization analytics
The Analytics section shows statistics for the entire clinic: revenue for the selected period, number of bookings, breakdown by specialists, and client retention. Visible only to users with analytics.view permission — typically owner and administrator.
Bookings and calendar
In the Bookings section, you'll see all appointments across all specialists in the clinic — with filtering and sorting options. The Calendar section shows the entire team's schedule in daily, weekly, or monthly view — useful for planning reception shifts. Both sections require bookings.view permission.
Clients (CRM)
The Clients section contains a list of all clients who have booked appointments at your clinic — with visit history, contact details, and notes. Access requires crm.clients.view permission. You can search clients, filter by first visit date, and quickly access contact from the list.
Leads
The Leads section tracks potential clients who have contacted the clinic but haven't made a booking yet — e.g., filled out a contact form. Access requires crm.leads.view permission. You can manage lead statuses, assign them to specialists, and track conversion. Leads you respond to quickly are much more likely to convert to bookings.
Staff and invitations
The Staff section displays active team members with their roles and permissions. The Team section is for sending invitations (via token) to new specialists and employees. Owner and administrator see both tabs; regular employees don't have access. You can edit roles at any time — changes are immediate.
Organization settings
The Settings section allows you to edit the clinic profile: name, description, logo, address, opening hours, contact details. You also manage integrations like the organization payment gateway here. Available to any logged-in member with admin or owner role — employees without this role don't see this section.
Wskazówka
Check the Leads section regularly — a quick response to an inquiry significantly increases the chance of a first booking.
