Confirming, cancelling, notes, group bookings, online sessions, and status management — all in one place.

Notifications and confirmation

You'll receive an email and a notification in the panel. New bookings have 'pending' status — confirm or reject them with one click.

Statuses and management

Bookings go through statuses: pending → confirmed → completed (or cancelled). When cancelling, you provide a reason, and information about any refund is displayed automatically.

Session notes and client preferences

Add notes after sessions. For massage, client body preferences are visible. You can enable intake forms in settings — clients fill them out before the visit.

Group bookings

If you enable group bookings in settings, clients can book in groups. In the bookings list, you'll see the group size and percentage discount.

Online sessions — meeting link

For online bookings, add a meeting link (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams). The client will see it 30 minutes before the session — before that, the link is hidden.

Details and history

Click 'Details' to see full booking information — location, visit type, address, and history. Plan recurring visits and build a stable client base.

Intake form

In settings, you can enable a required intake form before the first visit (e.g., for psychologists). Set how many days before the visit the client must fill it out. You'll see the responses in booking details — without leaving the panel.

Body preferences (massage)

For massage bookings, in visit details you'll see client body preferences — e.g., areas to focus on or avoid. This data is filled by the client during booking and helps you prepare for the session.

Wskazówka

Confirm bookings within 24 hours — this affects your rating and visibility. You'll see the confirmation rate in analytics.
