Profile photo

A professional photo builds trust. Use a clear, friendly portrait. Upload it in the profile edit section.

Description and bio

Tell about yourself, your experience, and your approach to work. Minimum 50 characters increases visibility in search engines. The edit has a live preview — you'll see how your profile looks to clients.

Location, address, and map

Provide your city, district, and office address. If you offer home visits, set your travel radius (km). A map with your location is displayed on your profile.

Languages and age groups

Specify consultation languages and age groups you work with — children, adolescents, adults, seniors. This helps clients find the right specialist.

Online platform

If you offer online sessions, choose your platform — Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Skype, or your own link. The platform is displayed to clients during booking.

Verification badge

After submitting certificates and profile verification, you'll receive a badge confirming your qualifications. Star rating and number of reviews are publicly visible.

Home visits and radius

Enable the 'Home visits' option and set your travel radius in kilometers. You can set home visit prices separately for each service (e.g., surcharge for travel). You'll see the client's address after booking confirmation.

Completion rate and ranking

The profile completion rate (in the panel) shows how complete your profile is. Full completion (100%) increases the ranking multiplier in search — the higher the percentage, the better your position with the same match.

Wskazówka

Regularly update your description and fill in all fields — a complete profile increases your position in search results.
