Reviews on your profile

Clients leave reviews after visits. All reviews are visible in the 'Reviews' tab on your public profile — with star rating, comment, and 'Verified' badge for reviews from confirmed bookings.

Responding to reviews

You can respond to any review — thank for positive ones or explain the situation for negative ones. Responses are publicly visible. The AI assistant can help prepare a professional draft response.

Filtering and statistics

Filter reviews — all or only verified. In the analytics panel, you'll see your average rating, number of reviews, and tips on how to gather more reviews.

Quick response with AI assistant

When writing a response to a review, you can use AI suggestions — the system generates a draft response based on the review content. You can edit it and publish immediately or customize to your style.

Limits and editing window

A response to a review can have up to 1000 characters. You can edit it within 24 hours of publication. The system applies a response rate limit to maintain quality — mass responding in a short time is not possible.
