File preparation

Export your client list and booking history from your current platform (Booksy or ZnanyLekarz) to CSV or Excel file. Make sure the data is up to date.

Data upload

In Settings > Import section, select data source and upload the file. Our intelligent system will automatically match fields (first name, phone, email) to Therappy structure.

Verification and save

Review the list of imported records. If everything matches, confirm the import. Clients will be added to your CRM database, and you can immediately start sending them invitations to the new platform.
