Payments and wallet

Register with Stripe Connect through the panel. Secure, proven payment solution. If onboarding is not completed, the panel will show verification status and steps to complete.

In the wallet, you'll see balance available for withdrawal and pending funds (not yet realized). You can manually refresh the balance to see the latest status.

Payouts go to your bank account according to Stripe's schedule — usually every few business days. You'll find detailed transaction history in Stripe Dashboard.

From the wallet, you have a direct link to Stripe Dashboard — there you manage your bank account, transaction history, invoices, and payout settings.

Therappy charges a commission on each booking. You'll find details in your contract and in the wallet panel. Commission is automatically deducted before payout.

Payment from the client first goes to the platform account (escrow). After the completed visit, funds are released and go to your Stripe balance. This gives clients confidence that they'll pay only after the visit.

When funds are released after a booking, you'll receive an email 'Payment paid out' with the amount. Platform commission is deducted before payout — in the wallet and Stripe Dashboard you see net amounts.

If Stripe Dashboard shows 'Restricted' or 'Pending' status, it means additional data is required (e.g., document scan). In this state, bookings may be blocked or funds may not be payable. Complete your data immediately to restore full functionality.
