Receive notifications about bookings, cancellations, and payouts directly to your selected Slack channel — without opening the panel.

Create Incoming Webhook in Slack
In your Slack workspace, open: Apps → Incoming Webhooks → Add New Webhook to Workspace. Select the channel to receive notifications (e.g., #bookings) and copy the webhook URL (format: https://hooks.slack.com/services/...).
Paste URL in Therappy settings
Go to specialist panel → Settings → 'Slack Notifications' section. Paste the copied webhook URL and click Save. Integration will be activated immediately.
Send test message
After saving, a 'Send test message' button appears. Click it — a confirmation message should appear on your Slack channel. If the message doesn't arrive, check URL correctness and webhook permissions.
Notification types and management
On Slack, you receive notifications about: new booking, booking confirmation (after payment), cancellation by client, fund payout from escrow, and new review. You can temporarily disable notifications with a toggle without removing configuration.
Wskazówka
Set up a dedicated #therappy channel in Slack — notifications won't get lost among other messages.
