Email, Push, and WhatsApp
You receive notifications about new bookings, messages, and reviews. Therappy uses emails, push notifications, and WhatsApp messages to keep you up to date. You can configure all channels in settings.
Email preferences by category
In settings, enable or disable notifications separately for: bookings, cancellations, messages, reviews, and weekly summary. This way you won't miss important events and can limit less important ones.
Push notifications and PWA
Therappy works as a PWA (Progressive Web App). Agree to push notifications in your browser — then you'll receive notifications about new messages and bookings even without an open tab.
Weekly summary
Optional email with weekly summary: bookings, revenue, new reviews. Enable it in notification preferences if you want regular overview without going into the panel.
Emails about certificates and payments
When a certificate is rejected, you'll receive an email with information. After funds are released from a booking, you'll receive 'Payment paid out' email — useful for tracking payouts.
