Communication with specialists: conversation threads, quick actions and notifications.

Conversation Threads

Each booking can have a linked message thread. In the panel under "Messages", you will see a list of conversations — select one to read and reply. The specialist can confirm, reschedule or cancel a visit from the chat level.

Quick Actions

In the chat for a booking, you have action buttons: confirm, reschedule, payment. This makes it easier to make arrangements without leaving the conversation.

Notifications

You will receive a notification of new messages in the panel and by e-mail (if enabled in settings). You can also enable push notifications in the browser.

Reply to messages — it makes it easier to confirm the date and arrangements.
