How to leave a review after a visit, what affects the rating and why your review is important.

When can I leave a review?

After a finished visit (status "completed"), a request for a review will appear in the panel in the "My Bookings" section or in an e-mail. You can leave a star rating (1–5) and add a text comment.

What does a review contain?

Choose the number of stars and optionally write a few sentences — e.g. about the atmosphere, effectiveness of the treatment or advice. Your review (with a "Verified" badge, because it results from a real booking) is displayed on the specialist's public profile and helps others in their choice.

Editing and Deleting

According to the platform regulations, you may be able to edit or delete a review within a certain time. Details can be found in the notification or in settings. The specialist can reply to your review — the reply is visible under the review.

Why it's worth reviewing

Your review builds the trust of other clients and helps specialists build a reputation. Verified reviews (from confirmed bookings) are marked and have more weight in the display.
