Booking a Visit

On the booking page, select one or more services (time and price will sum up). Then choose a date and a free slot from the calendar. Slots depend on the specialist's availability. From search, you can use "Quick Booking" and immediately select a service and slot. For massage, you can indicate body preferences (areas to include or avoid). For the first visit with a psychologist, an intake form may be required — a link to it will appear in the confirmation.

If the specialist offers add-ons (e.g. time extension, aromatherapy), you can add them to the booking. The price and time will be updated.

Pay for the booking by card or BLIK via a secure Stripe gateway. The payment is reserved; after the visit, the funds go to the specialist. in case of cancellation according to the regulations, you will receive a refund.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The system will also send a reminder before the visit so you don't miss the appointment. You can manage these notifications in the Client Panel.

During payment, you can use a gift card code or points from the loyalty program (if you are logged in). Enter the code or select the number of points — the amount to be paid will be reduced.

You don't have to create an account before your visit. You can book as a guest, providing only e-mail and telephone. However, it is worth creating an account to collect points, manage visits and track history.

If the specialist has enabled group bookings, you can add participants (e.g. friends) and take advantage of a discount. Provide participant details according to the form. Each participant can receive their own confirmation.
