Loyalty Program

You receive points for completed visits (according to the program regulations). The number of points may depend on the visit amount. Points are added after the visit is finished.

In the "Loyalty Program" section, you will see your current level (tier) and number of points. A higher level unlocks additional benefits — details can be found on the "Benefits" page (e.g. discount for the next visit, gift, priority service).

There are levels in the program (e.g. Silver, Gold). Each level gives different privileges: discounts on services, priority on the waiting list or free massage add-ons. You can find details of your bonuses in the "My benefits" section.

You can check the full list of available rewards for each level on the dedicated Benefits page (/dashboard/loyalty/benefits). There you will find out how many points you are missing for the next level and what you will gain thanks to it.

During booking in the payment step, you can select "Pay with points" and enter the number of points. The amount will be converted (e.g. 100 points = 10 PLN) and subtracted from the total. Pay the rest normally.
