Booking List

In the panel under "Bookings", you will see all visits — upcoming, completed and cancelled. Filter by status and go to details with one click.

Details and Actions

After clicking on a booking, you will see the specialist, service, date, location (office, home visit, online) and price. For confirmed visits: "Cancel" and "Reschedule" buttons. For online sessions — meeting link (visible about 30 min before).

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation requires a reason; refund of funds depends on the regulations. Rescheduling sends a proposal for a new date to the specialist — they confirm or propose another. You will receive a notification of the result.

Intake Form

The specialist may ask you to fill out a form before the visit. You will find the link in the booking details. The form has three stages: Draft (you can edit), Submitted (read-only) and Reviewed (by the specialist).

Disputes and Online Session

In case of a problem with the visit, you can report a dispute — the Therappy team will help solve the matter. For online visits, the meeting link is active about 30 minutes before the start; earlier it is hidden for security reasons.

Wskazówka

Check e-mail and panel — the specialist may send a rescheduling proposal or reminder.
