How to join an online visit, when the link appears and what to pay attention to.

Booking an Online Visit

When searching, turn on the "Online visits" filter or choose a specialist who offers online consultations. On the booking page, select a service marked as available online — the price may differ from a stationary visit.

Where will I find the meeting link?

The meeting link (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, etc.) is not visible right away. For security reasons, it appears in the client panel and in the e-mail about 30 minutes before the visit starts. Earlier you will see the information "Link will be available before the visit".

Joining a Session

In booking details (panel → My bookings → selected visit) approx. 30 min before the deadline, the "Join session" button will appear. Click it — a new tab will open with the platform chosen by the specialist. Make sure you have a working microphone and camera.

Technical Problems

If the link does not appear or work, check the reminder e-mail or contact the specialist via messages in the panel. The link is generated by the specialist after confirming the booking — in case of an error, they can update it.

Wskazówka

Check the panel and e-mail about 30 minutes before the visit — the meeting link will appear there.
