Buying a Card
You can buy a gift card on the profile of a selected specialist. Choose the amount, pay for the order (Stripe), and you will receive the card code immediately by e-mail.
Code Redemption
When booking a visit with the specialist from whom you have the card, enter the code in the payment summary. The amount on the card will be subtracted from the visit price.
Checking Balance
In your client panel under "My cards", you can check the current balance of each card you have and its usage history.
Validity and Refunds
Each card has an expiration date (usually 12 months). If you cancel a visit paid for with a card (according to the refund policy), the funds will return to the card balance.
