How to download a copy of all your personal data — profile, bookings, messages, reviews, payments.

Submitting Request
In account settings, go to the 'Privacy' section, click 'Export My Data'. The system will start preparing the file.
Data Scope
Export includes: profile data, booking history, messages, reviews, payments, notification settings, login history.
Ready Notification
When data is ready, you'll receive an email with a download link. Preparation can take up to 30 days (typically 24-48h).
Downloading File
Click the link from the email to download a ZIP file with data in JSON format. The link expires after 7 days for security.
Wskazówka
Data export is free and available on request. Data will be prepared within 30 days in accordance with GDPR.
