Answers to the most commonly asked questions
No. Therappy offers two cooperation models: (1) Independent specialist — you have your own sole proprietorship and use the platform as a tool (7.5% commission on online payments). (2) Employment through Therappy — you don't have a registered business or don't want to set one up. You formally work through the platform: we issue invoices, handle ZUS contributions and income tax. Contact us for details.
You sign a contract with Therappy. From that point we are your employer — we issue invoices to patients, pay ZUS contributions (including the employer's share) and income tax advances. Patients book with you exactly the same way as with any other specialist on the platform. The only difference is the billing model — simpler for you, the higher commission covers our employment costs.
Yes. There are no contracts or notice periods. You can close your account whenever you want.
Payments go directly to your bank account via Stripe Connect. Payouts are automatic after session completion. No holding periods or delays.
Registration takes 2 minutes. You provide your name, email, and specialization — you can fill in the rest later.
Therappy uses city and specialization filtering, so patients find the right specialist. As an early adopter, you have an advantage — you can check availability in your city before registering.

Yes. Session notes are visible only to you. No other specialist, administrator, or client has access. We implement this technically through row-level security.
Yes. The Pro plan allows up to 3 staff accounts. The Enterprise plan offers unlimited employees. Each team member has their own calendar, and you manage the entire practice.
Yes. You can import clients via CSV file or add them manually. We don't charge for data migration.
The Starter plan is completely free. Pro plan is 49 PLN/month with 7.5% commission on online payments. Enterprise is 199 PLN/month (up to 10 people; clinics 10+ individually). Cash or direct bank transfers are always commission-free.
You need a Polish professional license number (PWZ) to register. We verify your qualifications so patients know they're using a qualified professional.
Yes. Therappy supports online sessions via Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Whereby. Video conference links are automatically generated and shared with the client 30 minutes before the session.
Yes. Therappy is fully responsive and works on smartphones and tablets. You can manage your calendar, accept bookings, and communicate with clients from your phone.
